Hey BP fams,

I originally based in NYC looking into branch out my business to Miami, FL.

I'm going to be on a business trip 04/25/2023 - 04/28/2023 and I was hoping to get connected with agents in Miami, FL to help in finding a good investment deal.

I'm looking for a preferably turnkey property with approximately 450K - 1.25M commercial deals/ multifamily deals in new trending areas.
