I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Martin Krug and I own Compass Realty and Compass Home Maintenance Services. I specialize in investment real estate in Asheville and Western North Carolina. The value add I offer is end to end real estate services. Through my companies I help clients find, purchase, manage and sell real estate in Western North Carolina. I arrived at this business model after 18 years of owning investment properties and 15 years of firm ownership. Through my graduate degree I also have extensive experience in financial management, project management and have developed some useful tools for investors; pro formas, an extensive network of service providers and a broad knowledge base of issues investors commonly face not the least among them.
