ISO off market deals in tampa
Anybody have any insight on how northwestern does their marketing on the off market side of things? Just started looking in the tampa market and am looking to get a descent chunk of equity on a couple places down here. Im a buy and hold investor with cash so If you are or know of a wholesaler in that market help a brotha out and get me on some lists. Thanks bp fam!
