More details would be helpful such as purchase price, amount of loan, etc. If PP and loan amount are the same then your deal is dead in the water

Thanks for your input, @Chris Seveney. The numbers were really great. I lost out on the deal though because my offer was a few hours late. I'm really grateful to all the numerous lenders who reached out. I know exactly where to go when next I need hard money. The support from you all is much appreciated.

Getting a MF deal in the Cleveland markets without being 100% cash, close as is .14 days or less is nearly impossible. There is no inventory, (I can get them) and you are competing with guys well like me. All cash as is close as fast as title can do the work. I only deal with cash buyers and never use HM,
