Looking for off-market deals

I am currently on the lookout for off-market real estate deals in the DC area, and I wanted to reach out to this forum to see if anyone has any recommendations.
I work for a large cash buyer who is actively seeking investment opportunities in the DC area. We are interested in purchasing properties that may not be listed on the MLS or other public real estate listing websites.
