Property Manage SOftware
Hello All,
I purchased my first property, and I am doing my tenant screening. This question might be subjective, but I am looking for property management software that will allow me
to track rent payments, late fees, repair costs, and tenant requests. I would also like to see what I have spent on the property at the end of the year for tax purposes. What are you guys currently using out there? Please remember that I would like not to enter any of my banking info into the software. Thanks.
