We're headed for Philly!

We are moving from Austin to Philly this summer and looking to close on our first deal in the next three months!

Hoping to find a value add 3 to 4-plex (with backyard) to house hack in Cedar Park, Manayunk, Fishtown, or Italian Market area. Then search for single-family deals to hopefully close and begin a BRRRR by end of year.

Calling all PM's, Brokers, Lenders, Contractors, and Wholesalers. We are looking to build a portfolio.  let’s talk!
