First Time Home Buyer,Looking for Experienced Creative Finance Real Estate Attorney

Hi there! I am a first time home buyer looking to potentially "seller finance" or "subject to" my first deal. I am looking for a real estate attorney to ask a few questions and close my first future deal. I would greatly appreciate one who does not mind consulting with me (free or paid) to improve my understandings of these topics. Does anybody in the area of Charleston have some references for a real estate attorney experienced in creative financing? I would also appreciate any advice you guys can offer on seller financing/sub to process. Thanks in advance for the community help!
