STR build in Colorado Springs Area - Partners?
Hello all,
I have some property west of Colorado Springs in the Pikes Peak area. It's a great, quiet spot with fantastic views, and also within ~10-15 minutes of Woodland Park. It already has electric and a well in place and it's in a part of Teller County with no covenants or STR restrictions. I am hoping to start a new build, but have some questions about cash flow projects with an STR/MTR approach. I am looking for both advice or even partners (with construction, management, etc).
