I am preparing to do a 1031 exchange and wanting to invest in a medium sized Multifamily around the Cincy or Cleveland sub-markets with a class B or C value add asset.

Looking to deploy approximately, $400k.

    @Dan Gorman Have you considered other markets? Though I can't help you with Ohio area I can help you with the Kansas City market if you want to look at some deals here. May be a new market for you but there are some good resources that I can link to you. Just DM me.
