Looking for vacant lot for temporary lease in May and June

Hello everyone, I hope this is the appropriate forum for this. I am looking for a vacant lot to lease on the south shore of Nassau County for May and June of this year. Ideally, I'm looking for a lot that is gated and in an area that is highly visible to the public and roughly 2,000 square feet. I do not need water or electric. I run a seasonal, pop-up, palm tree business and have a decent budget to work with. Please message me if you or any of your clients have something that may be a good fit. Thanks!
