Looking for investor friendly agent in Raleigh/Durham NC

Hey, I currently invest in Texas, however we are looking to move to the surrounding areas of Raleigh/Durham. My husband and I would be looking to house hack our next deal. We will be visiting Raleigh next month and wanted to reach out to any agents who could help us find our next home (ideally a duplex so we can rent out the other side)
