Looking for a Mentor

Good morning BP fam. My name is Gary and im in the sunny South Florida area. Im an aspiring investor and hoping I get to meet to some great like minded people here. Im in law enforcement and work a lot of hours but my one of my true passions is real estate as most of you are. Law enforcement is a stable career but one of, if not the most unpredictable jobs out there in the work force. This is a major factor which makes me want to start this journey and build something for my kids and family.
