Local credit unions and small banks that are willing to work with LLC's

Hello Bigger-Pockets community, I'm seeking recommendations for local credit unions or small banks that are willing to work with LLCs. I'm located in Charlotte, NC but I'm open to suggestions from any location. Specifically, I'm interested in refinancing and would prefer institutions that factor in the property's income instead of my personal income. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
