Looking for Multifamily
Hi guys, first post in the BP forums. I am currently looking for multifamily opportunities in the KCMO/KCK area and the surrounding submarkets. I'm looking to link up with any and all brokers, wholesalers, and property management companies. I will leave my buying criteria below and my contact info, I'd love to work with as many of you as possible. Also looking for anyone who would be interested in being a JV partner and providing capital to deals, as well as debt sponsors.

Value add in some way; well below market rents, light to medium rehab, etc
No high crime neighborhoods
Owned for at least 10 years
Built after 1970
