I'm in process of loan shopping looking for FHA loan with low rate in Philadelphia.

If you have a good lender with low rate, please recommend me some to compare rate :)

Hey Rebecca - a mortgage broker could be a good option for you as they have existing relationships with various lenders and can shop around for you. I also suggest reaching out to some local Philly banks!
