Property Manager to Only Handle "Move-In" of Tenants

Hi,

BLUF: I am looking for a property manager to handle the move-in of a tenant; I plan on self-managing the property.

My wife and I are about to rent our first unit in Yelm, WA. We plan to self-manage the property to gain experience. Our tenants seem great; however, due to moving company issues, they requested an earlier move-in date. 

I want to accommodate but we will be on vacation.  Does anyone know a property manager or real estate agent that will conduct a walk-thru inspection with the tenant for us?

I would pay them for their time and consider them in the future if we decide to quit self managing.
