Looking for mentorship and coaches in New Jersey

Hello BP community my name is Wayne am I am exited to be here. I have been interested in real estate for about 2 years now. I have spent a lot of time learning about this journey. I am excited but nervous about starting.

I am looking for a 1 on 1 mentor and coach to help guide me who is located in New Jersey. I am looking at BRRR strategy in the neighborhood of Jersey City, Newark and Paterson area. But I am also looking at short term rental at Sea Side Heights, Point Pleasant, Belmar, Ocean City and Wildwood.

Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I am excited and looking forward to be more involved in this community. Thanks
