Looking for CPA with experience working w investors who house hack

Hello,

I'm looking for a CPA who can utilize cost segregation, appreciation, and depreciation. I have a single family owner-occupied investment property that I rent 2 rooms out of. I prefer to work with someone who has experience with investors in similar situations.
