Newbie Investor Looking for Realtor in Tampa, Fl

Hi BP fam! I'm looking for some guidance from an experienced realtor in the Tampa area. I am looking to buy my first SFH but am looking for something that has a potential of becoming a long term rental down the road and where I can add an adu of some sort. I currently live in CA and am not familiar with the different neighborhoods. I would love some input from someone that is a long term investor in the area.
