Taking over my parents house. Been sitting vacant for 5 years. Lots of repairs needed. Got an Home Inspector next week but Im sure he will point out the roof. Going to start from the TOP and work my way down. Trying to get any good recommendations on a contractor for the roof. The Google approach has not worked well to this point. The guy agreed to a free estimate and didn't even show up.Guy didn't even show up.
