Would anyone be able to recommend a good real estate agent (in the areas named below) focused on investments properties? I'm looking at buying a new property in these areas. Looking to connect with an agent (that has an understanding of REI, cash flow, cap rate, etc.) that can provide good ideas and can offer good deals.
