I've recently taken over some property thats been in my family for decades (2 multi's and a single family I will convert to multi). My father passed unexpectedly last year and I've been managing the properties since. I have a business degree and background in construction. I am looking for like-minded people in Massachusetts that might be interested in mentoring me in these early stages. I just got architectural drawings for this single to multi conversion. Looking to discuss ways to pull equity out of the properties to re-invest for the future. Just unsure of where to start on analyzing the financial side of things.
