Looking for all types of contractors and tradesmen in Chicago

I've recently bought a rental property, and have plenty of work that needs to be done on the place. Hoping to find some recommendations for pretty much anything, but more immediate needs are installing a tankless water heater, installing windows, a new roof, possibly air conditioning and maybe installing new flooring. Longer term I'll be looking for an architect and contractor to help me finish out my basement.
