Seeking Property Manager for 6 months a year

I own a STR in South Tampa that I have managed for about 3 years. I am starting a job that will require me to travel 6 months out of the year. I'm looking for a 3 month on, 3 month off manager. It does not need to be a Management company. Management would be mostly hands off, as I will have internet most, but not all, of the time while at work. I use Beyond Pricing and im a Superhost with around 75 stays. The property is 1 block off Bayshore and takes in about $4500 per month. Thank you.
