I OWN LAND, IN LITTLE HAITI AND I WANT TO BUILD MULTI-FAMILY, NEED FINANCING

Greetings,

I am a highly experienced investor looking to partner with a friendly lender. I own Land in  Miami FL and I want to build a Multi Family to Rent out long term. I will refinance into a fixed 30yr once the shell is completed from ground up.  

I have over 15yrs in real estate acquisition via Tax Deeds, Foreclosure Auction, OTC Parcels, Abandoned and Zombie homes.
