Looking for a realtor with a proven track record finding investment worthy properties (with strong cap rates and cash flow) in Raleigh and possibly surrounding towns. Will consider single family, multi family, smaller apartment buildings/communities. Goal is to build a long-term business arrangement as I seek to grow my Real Estate portfolio.
