Just starting out in Oklahoma City. Looking to make connections and build a team. I have enough startup capital for 5-6 properties, but I want to take it slow getting started. Any good recommendations for a local team, specifically reliable contractors, a good realtor, and a portfolio lender? I don't intend to engage a portfolio lender immediately, but I'd like to start building that relationship for when I need/want one.

@Dave Craig Bank 7 is local. I’m a lender even but bank’s are great in some markets and OKC is one in my opinion.
