Off Market Deals
Hello, I have a 2 groups of investors looking for off-market deals.
Group 1: Fix and Flip. Anything off market that is SFH or multi-fam up to 4 units. Off market deals only. Light to medium renovation work acceptable.
Group 2: Turn-key investor. Looking for SFH or Multi-fam that is currently occupied with little to no work required.
If you are an agent or wholesaler, please send me your deals and hopefully we can work something out. Will have agents commission paid for any leads that are closed.
