New Investor, Out of State, Need Property Mgmt and Handyman Referrals In Ohio

Hi,

New investor (out of state) looking for help building my on the ground team in the Akron/Columbus corridor.  I'd be appreciative if anyone could offer a referral to any good property mgmt company that they've had good experiences with as well as handyman/contractors that are reliable?  Also, if you can provide any good tips and/or suggestions with investments here I'd be all ears!  Thanks in advance
