Funding my 1st rental property

Does anyone recommend any private lenders or hard money lenders in Arizona? I'm looking to get started in real estate and I was wondering what would be the best course of action when it comes to getting funding for a rental property?

I wouldn't look for a lender in a particular region, but just apply with lenders on BiggerPockets. Many of them lend nationwide and offer similar rates, but separate themselves with differences on lending qualifications, time to close, reputability, etc
