Off Market Properties in South Suburbs of Atlanta

I am looking for off market properties in the Atlanta southern suburbs. I would prefer they fall within the following parameters but am willing to look at anything you might have:

1. at least 1200 SF

2. at least 2 bed/2 bath

3. have an ARV of $300k and under

I am looking to purchase 2 properties a month. If anyone is willing to connect, I would greatly appreciate it.
