We are looking for highly motivated team players that are looking for a Full Time Career to fill our Real Estate Assistant position. The real estate assistant will help with all aspects of the different businesses - annual rentals, vacation rentals, property management, buying, selling, property management, and vendor relations to name a few. The real estate assistant works directly with the owner and will be directed to work in different areas of the business as needs arise. Training is provided.

- Consistent work! A minimum of 40 hrs per week.

Our ideal candidate:

* Lives in Lee County

* Hard working

* Honest

* Able to follow direction

* Has the ability to multitask

* Are team players

* Self motivated

* Ability to work w/ minimal supervision

* We prefer that the applicant has a working knowledge of a multitude of home remodeling experience, home fixes, and repairs.

* We would consider it a big plus if the applicant has worked for a construction company or handyman company.

* We would consider it a big plus if the applicant has a real estate license

* Being Bilingual is a HUGE Plus

REQUIREMENTS:

* Reliable Vehicle

* Has a Lap Top computer

* Has a smart phone

* Is EXTREMELY Reliable

* Has Good communication skills
