Am new to the real estate salesperson world here, have just passed my course work and scheduled the NYS licensing exam next week. 

I was wondering if this community reached out towards WNY area. Would like to find a mentor or a coach in sales or a broker who can guide and teach me the way to success. Hard working, motivated, and driven here.
