Hey everyone! My name is Malique, aspiring multifamily investor. Currently a carpenter by day, and recently started a roofing company as a side job. A decent amount of capital went towards this, and am currently low on funds. I am building my accounts back up, but would like the ability to get into the right deal when it pops up, so I'm looking for someone i can bring a deal to, and get the green light, funds, etc. in exchange for me running the deal, marketing, value add, along with routine maintenance. Even if its not for you, but could help point me in the right direction, i would greatly appreciate it, thanks!
