Looking for landlord attorney Los Angeles for SFR

Hello. I am a small investor. I have a middle class SFR in Los Angeles county that was trashed by tenants repairs 9K, security deposit was 5K. The property managers are not helping in any way. I am looking for a landlord experienced and supportive attorney to help through this process. I have sent messages to attorneys through google search but still no responses.
