Looking for rental equity loan

I have a few rental single family homes in DFW, but live in Chicago currently. We bought a primary home in Chicago. We are looking to move back to Dallas next year. We are thinking of buying a primary home if we like something in the next few months in the range of $900K - $1M. I am looking to pull some equity from my rentals and put it as a down payment for the new primary home in Dallas and finance the remaining the loan amount. We eventually want to sell the current Chicago home when we move in June 2024. Open to talk to lenders who can craft this deal for us..thanks
