New investor here and looking for agent and PM in Akron, OH

I have been part of this community for about a month now lurking at the posts and getting myself more comfortable with submitting my first post here. I am new to investing and I am looking into Akron, OH for a potential location to purchase property. I am planning to go 50/50 with a friend of mine; where we will have a contract in place to avoid any issues in the future. Looking to leverage this community to find an agent and PM to help with this process!
