Does anyone know any private money lenders in Arizona?

I'm looking for a bridge loan 12-18 months. I need to close on a new townhome in Gilbert Arizona. My DTI is just outside of the traditional lenders guidelines. I will qualify with my 23 taxes but will have to wait until next year.
