New REI CPA/Tax Advisor NEEDED!!

Hi BP crew!

My husband and I are new STR investors and purchased two properties this year- one in Florida and one in Delaware. Our current tax accountant isn't a fit for our new and future business. Can anyone recommend a CPA in the Philadelphia area who they've personally used (bonus!) that's well versed in real estate transactions and tax strategies/loopholes for investors (Ex. Offsetting W2 income in PA)?

Also they must know about cost segregations and how to use those to maximize deductions. I don’t need someone to actually DO one (we have a firm already) but the CPA needs to know how to apply it correctly.

Any and all recommendations much appreciated!!
