Newbie Investor Seeking Team Members

Rodney C.
Posted

Hello BP Community, I am a newbie investor looking to build a team (Attorney, CPA, PM, etc.) to assist with my first deal multi-family / duplex.  I have extensive experience and connections with GC, Electricians, Painters, etc. but I am looking for trustworthy, competent, enthusiastic team members. Lastly, I don't know if I need two CPA's or one dynamic rock star! I want to capitalize on my unique situation: Minister Taxes & Real Estate Investing.

1. RE- Tax Preparations, Investing, LLC, Optimizing current and future business investments, etc.

2. Minister Taxes - Housing Allowance, Charitable Contributions, Schedule C, etc.

Special Thanks to BP and the extraordinary job that everyone does!

Thank you!

Rookie Rodney

@Rodney C. you definitely don't need multiple accountants. One good accountant who knows the business will be all you need.

I honestly think you can build your team out from your realtor for most of these items. Most realtors have a connection with a preferred attorney (I do!). You probably don't need a property manager in your situation right away until you get a few buildings and some equity built up, but if you do you can always connect with @Mark Ainley
