Hi folks. 👋

New here and just wanted to share a little about me and what I do. My name is Steve Bambury, I'm British but have been living in Dubai since 2008. I work for areal estate brokerage called Lazudi who also have offices in Bali, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. 

I am part of Lazudi's dedicated off-plan real estate team helping both local and international property investors explore the wide range of opportunities available to them here in Dubai. In the last few months I've also been focusing a lot more on neighboring emirate Ras Al Khaimah  as this is where the region's first ever casino is under construction. The Wynn  Casino & Resort RAK is set to open in Q1 2027 and be even bigger than their flagship in Vegas! As you can imagine, this is creating some lucrative opportunities for shrewd 
investors.

I'll be honest - I'm not sure if there are investors here who focus on opportunities outside the US - but it never hurts to share a little information!
