Looking for 10% down lenders

I had a call with a lender recently bc they advertised an investor special 10% down loan. However, he said they put that special on pause a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone here know of any other lenders offering 10% down for investors? I'm in the Hudson Valley area of NY looking to buy in CO or FL (or anywhere the deal is). Thank you in advance!
