Hello!

I am located in north east Florida.  I have flipped homes, had my own rentals, manage properties for others and help customers buy and sell homes.  My specialty is working with investors that buy distressed homes and need someone to assist with the remote rehab then market them home for sale.  If any of this interests you please reach out.
