Cleveland Area Bank/Credit Union Recommendations for Buy and Hold

Please share your best local bank/credit union recommendations (with loan officer contact information) for buy and hold residential lending. I have two larger lenders that I've worked with, but would also like one that is local to the Cleveland area and potentially smaller and investor friendly.
