Need Partner to microflip properties with Connected Investors CI PiN Software

Hi there!

My name is Andrei Kreptul, an attorney and real estate investor based in Shoreline, Washington.

My company Mehani Property Solutions, LLC specializes in finding real estate properties nationwide to micro-flip or wholesale to other real estate investors.

One of my real estate goals is to earn income through my business by micro-flipping and wholesaling residential properties, and then use that income to purchase off-market, long-term single-family and multi-family rental properties.

I want to collaborate with a partner just as motivated as me to find some great micro-flip deals. And, of course, we will fairly share in any profits we earn!

Here is the value I am willing and able to bring to our collaboration:

(1) I am well versed in micro-flipping strategy and tactics, and I have viewed all the PiN software training videos (multiple times!).

(2) I will support you with searching for properties on PiN using search criteria we develop together.

(3) Share the workload with you to call and pitch the leads we generate from PiN searches.

(4) Share the workload with you to find and secure cash buyers for any property we put under contract.

(5 )I will manage all the legal paperwork necessary to put any property we close under contract and any assignments of properties to cash buyers.

Here is the value I am hoping you will bring to our collaboration:

(1) Be well-versed in micro-flipping strategy and tactics.

(2) Please have a PiN software subscription of your own and be fully trained on using and navigating the PiN software.

(3) Take the lead in searching for properties using PiN based on search criteria we develop together.

(4) Perform all necessary skip tracing activity and pre-screen all leads to obtain valid phone numbers before I do the work of calling and pitching them.

(5) Share the workload with me to call and pitch the leads we generate from PiN searches.

(6) Share the workload with me to find cash buyers for any properties put under contract.
