I need to find buyers for the off market properties I have listed

Hi All

I am a real estate agent in Southern Vermont, and I currently have over a dozen properties listed off the market.  The majority of these properties have sellers willing to owner-finance and creative finance.   I would love to build up my buyer list, I have a decently strong one right now, but I want to move these properties and need some more momentum.
