Looking for Realtor To Assist With Florida Panhandle Area Purchase

Hey all,

I am a resident of Nashville, but looking to get a second home, either a condo or small cottage type house, in the Florida panhandle area. Ideally the property would be used as my escape, but can also be supplemented with either a short term rental or long term rental.

Would love a realtor that has knowledge of these investment types, and possibly has access to off market properties and/or for sale by owner properties.
