Fairly a newbie to real estate investing....I work with a larger organization that gives me training, mentoring and deal evaluating when I get them. I market to clients looking to sell quickly due to unique circumstances...aka Subject 2 Financing and Lease Options to name a few. Right now I am looking to get fresher leads for expireds, cancelled, and withdrawns via the MLS. I am actively looking for a 'friendly agent' who will provide me that fresh data in exchange for some special things I can do for them...via referrals, gift-cards/and or lunch, and even help them pay for cost of MLS depending upon what kind of relationship I can develop with them. Its my aim to build a steady flow of income producing properties to levererge acquitsions in future. I stumbled upon this site by accident via google search and I hope to get some good advice on how to further my career in real estate in the Columbus, Ohio area. I am currently retired from 30 yr career in Government; but this is my way to freedom and prosperity I work to acquire every day I arise in the morning.
