Seeking Cleveland, OH turnkey companies

Hello,

I'm a aspiring investor interested in the Cleveland market for multi (possibly single) family rental properties.  I live in Massachusetts and am interested in finding some Turnkey companies with in-house management that serve the Cleveland market.

Any recommendations for good turnkey companies in said market would be much appreciated.
